Shift:  Variable, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length:  12 weeks
Midshift fluctuate from 8a-8p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p, 12p-12a or 3p-3a 
Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend (could be every weekend - traveler preference) 
Holiday Rotation: As Needed 

Requirements:

WI license
Minimum 3 years experience
Minimum 2 years ER experience
Required Skillset: ED experience
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
AHA PALS
TNCC
NIHSS
BSN
No new travelers - at least one completed contract
EPIC charting experience: within the last year 

Other Details:

~ Float
~ Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):
~14 Bed - a triage room & 2 patient over flow rooms (if needed). Fast paced ED, average 60 patients per day, level 4 trauma rural ED. Staff with 1-3 ED physicians/APC’s during the day as well. RT is onsite 24/7. We have Lab, XR, CT 24/7. Ultrasound and MRI are on call after hours. 
~ Ratio 1:4 (depending on time of day), Midshift could be 1:3/4 & nights could be higher depending on census. Have ED tech 24/7 and unit clerk. 
~ Primary Case Types: All age groups
~ Scrub Colors: Black
