# Team Leader, this position performs all machining operations as part of the production process in an assigned cell.
Kaman Specialty Bearings & Engineered Products, a division of Kaman Corporation, is a leader in the design and manufacture of high technology mechanical products used in aviation, marine, hydropower and other industrial applications.
Do you have manufacturing experience? Setups involve familiarity with and understanding of manufacturing order of operations involving combinations of operations
Works from operation sheets, and machine setup instructions
Self-sufficient with work-holding and work support methods, stone selection, wheel speed, wheel dressing and machine adjustments
Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience as a grinding operator or 1 year of CNC machining experience.
Frequent mental and visual attention
Occasional (15-40%) lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
Will be required to work overtime and weekends to meet customer needs.
