Shift:
Registered Nurse - Infection Preventionist provides administrative, surveillance and consultative work in planning, developing, co-ordinating and administering an Infection Control Program. 20,000 Sign on Bonus *
* Care provided is appropriate to the age of the patients served, as defined in the scope of service for the Nurse Epidemiologist s area of practice.
* Evaluates and monitors quality of patient care related to Infection Control.
* Performs hospital wide surveillance activities.
* Initiates and participates in related patient care activities.
* Evaluates and monitors quality of patient care related to Infection Control.
Graduate of school of nursing is required.
* Certification in Infection Control preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years prior Infection Control experience in an acute care facility is
