The Product/Merchandising Manager is responsible for preparing compelling product information for the marketing team, sourcing products, ordering products, analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and marketing trends to anticipate product needs. The Product/Merchandising Manager collaborates with buyers, suppliers, the distribution network, and other company analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales. As a company we strive to create a positive, uplifting work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of Product and Merchandising Specialists including buyers, merchandisers, sourcing specialists and analysts. Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. Approve/confirm TOPs (top of production pieces) and be detail oriented about confirming TOP pieces in a timely manner, confirming color and material match the previous batch and online photos. Oversee creation of online profiles (pictures, prices, descriptions, etc.) for products in collaboration with the marketing team.
