*The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor duties include:** Practices within the RN scope
* Reports directly to the Director of Nursing
* Responsible for conducting training for Registered and Licensed Vocational Nurses
* Conducts weekly educational/structured staff meetings
* Assess staff performance, completes annual reviews
* Accountable for the overall day to day infusion operations
* Travels frequently to assigned sites to conduct safety and operational inspections
* Demonstrates the knowledge and skill to carry out the nursing process when providing patient care.
* Interacts and collaborates effectively with operational management
* Manage Staff schedules, call-outs, ratios
* Manage disciplinary conduct issues
* Satisfies the established standards of the nursing practice.
* Supervises and delegates patient care tasks to RN/ LVN and other patient care team members.
* Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
* Perform other duties as assigned *Education and/or Experience:** Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
* Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
* One year of RN Supervisor experience
* Oncology experience preferred *Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:** A Registered Nurse who is currently licensed to practice, in good standing, in the state of service (CA)
* ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification Required within 3 months upon hire
* OCN preferred but not required
* Must maintain current BLS certification throughout employment.
* BLS certification is required upon hire.
* ACLS preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53.00 - $63.00 per hour
