0 digital manufacturing revolution serving clients in the technology, defense, aerospace, medical, automotive and IOT sectors. CNC Programmer Key Responsibilities:
Offline CNC programming for 3-5 axis mills. 2D and 3D surface milling is required
Offline CNC programming for Lathes
Support shop floor setups and knowledge transfer
Create documentation for the shop floor including tooling lists and setup sheets
Document standard machining and CNC setup practices
Translate CAD files
Monitor and inspect parts throughout process.
Observe MCT quality and safety procedures.
May provide training to other team members.
CNC Programmer Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have 3 years experience in CNC programming
Demonstrated ability to program using CAD/CAM software, Mastercam
Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
Flexible, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
Must read and write English
CNC Programmer Preferred requirements:
Associate degree in a relevant field and/or other technical certification or equivalent experience.
CNC Programmer Physical Requirements:
Schedule: 6 AM - 2:30 PM - Monday -Friday (Flexible schedule)
