Develop CMM programs using CAD models.
Contribute to development of quality inspection plans for first piece setup acceptance, AQL, SPC, and final inspection. Must be able to work off-shift, weekends and holidays when business demands require it.
Develop CMM programs in a virtual offline software using CAD based models
Responsible for CMM program document change control management
Certified training to ASME Y14.x Software programming experience strongly preferred
can work with limited supervision and direction
Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor
Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading dial and digital gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts and assemblies
