Our Cypress clinic, located at 20328 Longenbaugh Dr., We're seeking highly qualified and motivated BCBAs to lead and grow our ABA program at our Cypress clinic. *Provide clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children, creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment and data analysis.
* Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session, ensuring the effectiveness of interventions.
* Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members to deliver high-quality care.
* Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
*Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

*Lift a minimum of 25 pounds and transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.
* Have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via electronic devices and paper means.
* Possess the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
