Care Delivery:

To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, well-being and satisfaction.

* Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
* Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
* Help with general light housekeeping and meal prep.

Qualifications

* Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
* Passionate about caregiving and a desire to help others
* Committed to being present and providing quality care
* Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage the demands of the job.
* Must meet State requirements for position
* Current CPR/BLS and TB
* Must be able to travel to patients' homes and have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass MVR check
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
