TikTok is a platform connecting creation and consumption. On this platform, there are massive creators and hundreds of millions of consumers creating and consuming content every day. Around this content flow pipeline, there are many very challenging engineering and algorithm problems. Design and apply machine learning algorithms and intelligent strategies to optimize the experience of TikTok LIVE users and cost efficiency
- Conduct offline and online experiments, analyze by data-driven and evaluate to improve algorithms and strategies
- Follow up the latest research progress in the fields of related areas and recommendation/search/ads systems
- Work closely with colleagues in product team, engineering and data teams to accomplish business goals
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline;
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, data mining, recommendation/search/ads systems, or other related areas;
- Solid experience with data structures and algorithms, and solid development experience through hands-on coding in general programming language;

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.
Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
