The *OTP Registered Nurse* prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the *OTP *standards of care and practices.
*Dispenses Methadone and other medication, per physician orders and per clinic policy
* Completes brief assessment of patient's mental and physical well-being, monitoring for signs/ symptoms associates with licit and illicit drug use
* Participates in UDS surveillance, per policy
* Completes all required controlled substance inventories to ensure accurate medication counts
* Conducts patient education programs according to needs identified, including health and wellness education
