Franciscan Health Olympia Fields is seeking a Board Certified Academic Urologist to work in our Urology practice located in our hospital ministry Franciscan Health Olympia Fields in Olympia Fields, IL. This physician will mentor medical students and residents. This person will have a passion for excellence in teaching both at the bedside and in didactic sessions and be passionate as well about the academic, intellectual and career development of our trainees at all levels.
Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - Three days in clinic and two days per week in surgery with dedicated OR time
Many procedures performed in clinic including Cystoscopes, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc. Average outpatient clinic volumes: Call 1:2 with residents taking first call
