Physical Therapist - $5000 Sign On Bonus

We not only own a few outpatient Physical Therapy Sports minded clinics, but we also have 22 hospitals in the Los Angeles & Orange County areas. This allows us to offer inpatient, ARU & NICU positions in addition to our high performance outpatient Sports & Ortho facilities.
You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Completion of these programs is one way to help support you in clinical excellence. Being part of the Confluent Health family, all of our licensed therapists receive membership in to Evidence In Motion. One of the premier programs in which to recieve that next certificate, license or training program.

PT Inpatient Responsibilities:
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
