General Summary:

Provide support to Hyundai Capital America’s floor plan dealer portfolio including processing of flooring and auction requests, customer support on the Dealer Access module of the wholesale management system and maintenance of dealer credit lines in the Data Scan system.Provide general administrative support for the Commercial Credit team. Assist in the day-to-day management of Non Floor Plan accounts including fleet, commercial vehicle financing, real estate and working capital loans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. Process ACH rejection requests as required.Process returns and notify Credit Center. Collaborate with Accounting dept – Daily reconciliation, GL clearing transactions, and open suspense items.

2. Process transactions in DataScan Wi system - line adjustments, rate changes, equity transfers, banking updates.

3. Set up new FP accounts and new Auctions within DataScan system.Process takeovers and take-outs.

4. Process daily balancing to ensure all flooring transactions, ACH and wire disbursements are in balance and forwarded to HCA Accounting in a timely manner.

5. Set up and book Non Floor Plan loans within DataScan system (Must have knowledge of amortization and non-amortization loans).

6. Manage high profile Commercial accounts, ie Mobility subscription, ILC, Syndicated accounts.

7. Perform system testing, as required, in preparation for system updates.

8. Post batches interfaced by HMA and KMA into the Data Scan Wi System and reconcile against HCA cash disbursement notification. Process flooring of all non Hyundai and non Kia draft requests and reconcile to daily cash disbursement notification.

9. Process Enterprise vehicles and Rental Fleet funding, payment activities and daily balance reconciliation, account reporting & maintenance.

10. Process auction flooring request and Dealer Direct (DAS) flooring requests daily according to department service level requirements.Review documentation to ensure no outstanding liens are present and title documents have been executed properly.

Knowledge and Skills:

· Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Possess a high level of subject matter expertise in all areas supported.

· Team oriented, strong interpersonal skills.

· Must be able to multitask and perform multiple job functions at the same time.

· Knowledge of Data Scan system a plus.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of related work experience with bank or captive lender.

· BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
