Creative Arts Therapist

* Assessment functions for PALS, including provision of and thorough analysis of assessments administered at predetermined times during treatment
* Maintain continuous communication with PALS clients and their parents
* Prepare and maintain up-to-date records
* Thorough, accurate, and timely completion of paperwork and reports
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy
* Provide client advocacy and referral services
* Participate in weekly case management meetings
* Participate in Clinical Peer Supervision as scheduled
* Participate in client activities
* Participate in Providence House functions
* Supervise graduate student interns, as needed *OTHER DUTIES*: as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *
* Master's Degree in Creative Arts Therapy or Board Certification in candidate’s respective creative arts modality.
* Good verbal and written skills.
* Experience with children and domestic violence preferred. *LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED*: Valid driver’s license required. *MANDATED PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS*: Providence House is a 24-hour residential program, as such requires staffing at all times.
