Do you want to work as a(an) PACU RN PRN where your passion for creating positive patient interactions is valued? We are seeking a PACU Nurse for our ambulatory surgery center who demonstrates the values of our company by caring like family. You will ensure safe and effective nursing care rendered postoperatively until the patient is dismissed from the facility. Prepare your patients’ care area adequately and ensure necessary equipment and supplies and provided
Monitor your patients according to policy (vital signs, temperature, cardiac, etc.).
Perform and document head to toe evaluation of your patients utilizing an approved scoring system in line with HCA policy and procedure
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or Higher degree in Nursing Required
~1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in PACU, ICU or Surgery
~ online certification not acceptable
~ PALS if required by facility within 30-days of hire
Brandon Surgery Center is located in Brandon, Florida, one of the fastest growing communities in the Tampa Bay Area, near I-75 and I-4. Our center is a top revenue producing facility for Surgery Ventures Group powered by HCA. Established in 1990, a new facility was built in 2020: a 33,500 sq. ft facility contains 8 OR’s and 6 Procedure Rooms, performing over 1800 cases per month. Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Pain Management and Urology procedures.
