Demonstrates ability and knowledge to independently perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests, both automated and manual, within established time frame with accuracy and precision. Is able to perform multiple tasks such as: Quality Performance activities, quality control procedures, ordering, computer functions, and other duties as assigned. Ability to communicate in a professional manner , both written and verbal with all levels of Holy Redeemer Health system Staff and clients. All individuals, within the scope of their position are responsible to perform their job in light of the Mission & Values of the Health System. Regardless of position, every job contributes to the challenge of providing health care. Bachelor's Degree (MT) in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. ASCP or equivalent registration preferred
