Bay Cove Human Services is committed to ensuring the representation and participation of candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The Boston Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Nurse is responsible for providing direct services for clients at the CCS unit in a manner that promotes clients’ safety, overall health, their effective resolution of crises, and their reintegration into community based services. Maintains effective working relationships with insurers, DMH, BMC, local community resources, and treatment/rehabilitation programs throughout the Greater Boston Community.
• Provides direct services to clients at the CCS including medication administration, health assessments, and treatment and completes documentation as required.
• Coordinates admissions and discharges to and from the unit.
Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse, or LPN, a minimum of three years nursing experience in the delivery of behavioral health services to adults and/or children and adolescents.
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions using Windows, Word, and Google Email and Apps.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, pay differential offered for candidates with fluency in certain essential languages.
