· *Hours:* Full-Time
* *Workdays:* _Monday-Friday _with occasional weekends
· *Start Date:* ASAP
*Generate new business through outside sales.
* Create and present quotes to prospective customers while considering target margins and other business factors.
* Managing and growing client accounts by:
* Oversee and manage branch billing, accounts receivable, and collections as outlined in the company credit and collections policy.
* Manage the processes of worker dispatch, payroll, and customer invoicing, assisting as necessary.
* Actively promote community awareness of Labor Finders services.
* 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience is highly preferred
* Profit and loss proficiency and collections experience a plus
* Strong networking skills (online as well as in-person)
* Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.
