Perform Gastroenterology surgical procedures on patients according to established guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor patients during and after surgery to ensure their safety and well-being
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of all surgical procedures
Strong knowledge of medical principles, practices, and ethics
- Familiarity with medical equipment and instruments used in surgery
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and staff members
Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Eaglesoft) for medical documentation
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices to maintain a sterile surgical environment
- Ability to assess patient conditions through vital signs monitoring and patient assessment techniques
