Step into the world of Onfloor Technologies as a Sales professional where you will be on the frontlines of creating value for new and existing customers. As a Regional Sales Representative, your mission will be to deepen customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized Onfloor solutions that enhance their business outcomes. You will focus on converting leadflow into closed business opportunities, and helping existing accounts access the tools they need to grow their business. Drive revenue and create value for customers on the Onfloor Sales Team
Ability to travel.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Conducting dynamic and well-informed in person and on-line sales presentations and product demos for potential customers.

Managing a high velocity sales pipeline.

Proactively search for opportunities within our existing contact database.

Attend training events throughout the year and will be expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate.

Becoming proficient with CRM software – and effectively using it as a tool to support accurate and proper forecasting / reporting.

Attending and participating in sales meetings, marketing webinars and trade shows on request.

Providing input when required for contract negotiations.

Working with the revenue operations manager and sales manager to define and execute territory sales plans.

Developing positive relationships with other employees in Engineering, Marketing, Product Support, Customer Service and other departments, as needed.

Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the overall team effort within the sales organization, to ensure that knowledge and expertise is leveraged throughout the sales team and sales system.

Contribute to constantly improving and systematizing our sales process and expertise.


Excellent time management, building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers.

Bring a high energy and a competitive sales drive.

Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ sales opportunities at any given time.

Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing, discussing solutions with decision-makers, and closing deals.

Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions.


2 + years of background in sales

~ Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude.

~ Strong communication skills/phone etiquette.
