FM is seeking an Account Engineer I to join the team based in the Bellevue, WA office. The Account Engineer coordinates and manages the global delivery of FM engineering products and services to our clients and is an integral member of the client service team. The Account Engineer develops a deep level of understanding about the client’s business, primarily through developing positive relationships at the highest levels of the client’s organization. This understanding is then used to help clients develop tailored strategies that mitigate property exposures in a way that supports their own objectives.
Manage the overall customer engineering relationship and consistently demonstrate the value-added differential of FM.
Accurately assess account-wide risk and clearly communicate conclusions and opinion on risk quality.
Develop, communicate, and execute effective strategies to achieve mutually agreeable risk improvement.
Acquire tangible risk improvement results in support of corporate objectives.
Understand and execute the Client Service Process and develop and maintain positive client relationships.
An experience level of at least Senior Consultant Engineer is preferred. Effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. clients and broker partners) is essential to the Account Engineer role.
Proficiency in computer skills and basic knowledge of insurance concepts.
