Financial Analyst: responsibilities include: analyzing and interpreting large amounts of financial and non-financial data, visualizing the data, drawing conclusions from data analysis, identifying, gaps and needs, evaluating systems and processes, presenting analysis to stakeholders for decision making, and helping develop strategies that drive healthy profitable growth with a goal to continually leap-frog the competition. Responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge and support of the company purpose, values and principles, build and maintain financial, accounting, and operational tools for better visibility, analysis, and monitoring, connect systems as much as possible to eliminate redundant data flow and reporting waste, collect, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of data; convert data analysis into cohesive stories, present findings and analysis to senior leadership on an ongoing basis, advise senior leadership in decision making based on facts and data, continually update knowledge and acumen by taking initiative in education opportunities Required skills: Strong business and financial acumen, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Superior presentation and negotiation skills, Proven time management and organizational skills, Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments, In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making, Experience in financial planning and analysis, building bottom-up financial and operational forecasts using solid assumptions, Experience in building operational KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards for monitoring, Intimate knowledge of various IT systems, business applications, databases and queries, Excel, and data visualization tools.
