TRA Case Manager - REMOTE

TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency.

*This position can report ON-Site every day to Foundation Surgical Hospital of San Antonio. 9522 Huebner Road, San Antonio, TX 78240 OR the person can work REMOTE or work HYBRID*
*Must possess Texas RN license*

The RN Case Manager Nurse is responsible to facilitating care along a continuum through effective resource coordination to help patients achieve optimal health, access to care and appropriate utilization of resources, balanced with the patient’s resources. This position manages medical necessity process for accurate and timely payment for services which
may require negotiation with a payer on a case by case basis.

Preferred Education
Bachlor of Science in Nursing

Minimum Experience
Must have at least 2 years acute care experience and at least one year of Case Managerment experience in an Acute Care environment

Required Certification/Licensure
- TX State RN License
-BLS
