Must have LVAD Experience. 2 years RN experience
- active IL RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIH
- EPIC experience required
- Ability to read and correctly interpret EKGs/cardiac rhythm strips
34 beds; primarily see Post-CABG, LVAD, transplant, stents, CH

Travel Reimbursement - We offer up to $1,000 in travel expense reimbursement.
