We are seeking to recruit a full time, practicing oncologist to provide personalized care to patients with all cancer types in both a clinic and hospital setting. In addition to a full-time practice, this position will include a medical directorship with the oncology service line and act as a dyad partner with the VP of oncology . This role will help in the development and implementation of the statewide strategic plan.To start, we expect the position to be 80% clinical, 10% administrative and 10% strategic/mission but could change as the program and staffing grows.
Our ideal candidate must have the time and willingness to put in non-clinical hours to network, market and build the practice into a collaborative and cohesive group of approximately 4 medical oncologists and 3 advanced practice providers at the 86th Street ministry.
Currently three of our four Indiana ministries are staffed by AMG for medical oncology . The Medical Director would be responsible for bringing these four, current ministry physician practices together as one AMG oncology practice covering the 4 cancer centers. In addition to the Medical Director , we will also be hiring 3 additional Medical Oncologists to practice in the Indianapolis area. Production/quality bonus potential, starting bonus

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
