Registered Nurse - PCU/Stepdown*

We’re currently seeking a *PCU/Stepdown RN* to join our amazing team.
*Details of the PCU/Stepdown RN opening:*
* Anticipated start date: *ASAP*

*Daily Range of Responsibilities of the PCU/Stepdown RN:*
* floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, and Wildwood facilities, as needed
* Float Units: Neuro/Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surgery, Uro/Vascular, Observation
* Basic cardiac rhythm monitoring techniques, interpretation, and treatment
* Calculating drug dosage, administering continuous medication infusion, and monitoring patients for effects of medication
* Monitoring patients before, during, and after invasive procedures
* Recognizing the signs and symptoms of cardiopulmonary and respiratory emergencies and knowing how to start standard interventions to stabilize the patient
*Qualifications for the PCU/Stepdown RN:*
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Charting Experience: EPIC required
* Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional
