JOB TITLE: SEED DSM - MINNESOTA***SALARY RANGE: 75-95K, depending on experience, PLUS structured Commission Program PLUS strong Benefits Package***JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Agronomy degree preferred; employer will also consider relative experience- Proven Agronomy Sales experience with crop inputs including Seed- Must be able to bring Seed customers immediately to role- Excellent Communication/Presentation skills- Sales Leader, Relationship-Builder and Negotiator- Proficient with Computer Technology as well as social media- Preference for an individual already residing in and selling within MinnesotaJOB DESCRIPTION:Additionally, this Seed DSM will assist his/her Seed Dealers with building a solid network of seed customers within their area, helping them to distribute products efficiently, and helping them to negotiate prices with their customers.
