Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for Principal / Senior Principal Systems Test Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test and Evaluation organization. The B-2 PDM Test Engineering Organization within Depot & Modification Center (D&MC) is seeking a Systems Test Engineer where they will serve as either a principal subject matter focal point between maintenance, design engineering, and test site team - contractor and customer. and must be willing to learn additional engineering discipline areas. Contribute to the development of acceptance test plans, test schedules, and test procedures and provide support for integration testing.
Support and host test planning working groups.
Interface with design and analysis functions to develop test and test data requirements.
Coordinate test equipment and personnel requirements for safe and efficient execution of tests.
Participate in post-test data evaluation and discrepancy resolution.
Serve as the subject matter focal point to interface with internal and external organizations to develop test and test data requirements.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Technical, Engineering or Math (STEM)
A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with a BS Degree in STEM Field, 3 years engineering experience with a MS degree in STEM Field, or 0 years with a PhD in STEM Field
Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Technical, Engineering or Math (STEM)
A minimum of 9 years of engineering experience with a BS Degree in STEM Field, 7 years engineering experience with a MS degree in STEM Field, or 4 years with a PhD in STEM Field
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
Experience that includes test planning, execution, and operations
Active Special Program Access (SAP)
