*Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:*
* New York Nurse Practitioner license and DEA
* Board Certified
* Pain management experience preferred

*Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner:*
* Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
* Will be responsible for some basic knee injections and trigger point injections as well as managing IV infusions
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions/illnesses
* Prescribe medications and other treatments
* Manage patients' overall care
* Take patients' medical histories and record demographics
* Conduct physical examinations
* Complete invasive procedures
* Counsel patients on preventative care
