We are seeking a Registered Nurse of Diagnostic Imaging to join our friendly team of imaging professionals. We have a passion for creating positive patient interactions. Your duties and responsibilities may include:

  • You will oversee delivery of all Diagnostic Imaging procedures and services to neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
  • You will interact with administration, medical staff and department directors to provide quality patient care.
  • You will participate in Quality Improvement activities as needed to continually improve their department’s performance.
  • You will continually strive to make productive use of time through careful coordination of daily tasks, setting priorities and reducing non-essential interruptions in order to complete the job during the allocated time.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.

  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Required experience in IR or Cath Lab experience.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instruction, PC skills
