As a growing company with a team of dedicated professionals, we are seeking an Cargo Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities of Cargo Manager: Manage and coordinate the movement of goods and materials through various transportation modes. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cargo department, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of shipments. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize cargo efficiency and meet customer service goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall logistics performance. Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Qualifications for Cargo Manager: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in cargo management, freight operations, or logistics coordination. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and external partners. Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking shipments and analyzing data.
