Focus Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a travel nursing job in Austin, Texas.
Shift: 12 hours, nights

We currently have a client in Austin, TX looking for a Travel PP RN - Post Partum Registered Nurse
Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Postpartum RN to provide important physical and emotional care and recovery for both the new mom and the newborn baby following a delivery.
Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Health Insurance Coverage
~New licensing reimbursement
~ AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience

Clean and monitor the newborn baby
Check vital signs of mother and baby
Provide education to new parents regarding how to care for an infant
Work with lactation consultants to help the new mother breastfeed
