We are is seeking an energetic Multi-Media Communications Specialist with forward-thinking abilities. This role offers an excellent chance to gain professional experience.

In a world where technology constantly evolves, the need for skilled individuals capable of managing, enhancing, and securing audio-video systems is on the rise. We seek a detail-oriented individual with a strong knowledge base to join us. This person should be self-motivated and responsible for technical setup, troubleshooting, customer training, and repair of mid-level audiovisual production equipment in an enterprise setting. Their focus will be on operating audio-visual conferencing systems and control systems for in-person and hybrid meetings, providing onsite support, and conducting preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates will have a multifaceted skill set encompassing software/hardware support, networking troubleshooting, and experience with integrated systems and live event production equipment.

This role requires the ability to work independently on various tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in advanced control systems (such as Crestron, QSC, Extron & AMX), microphone systems, audio systems, VOIP interfaces, and network interfacing is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom is also crucial. Strong organizational skills, accountability, customer service, and a safety-oriented mindset are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
* Setup/installation of audiovisual equipment
* Technical issue resolution and troubleshooting
* Training new users on equipment operation
* Supporting client technical needs for meetings
* Connecting audio/video calls using in-room technology
* Ensuring client satisfaction and communicating progress
* Maintaining and repairing audiovisual equipment
* Diagnosing and correcting computer and peripheral failures
* Assisting with new builds and projects
* Maintaining equipment/software and work areas
* Collaborating with A/V integration companies on system upgrades

Preferred qualifications include experience in event production, troubleshooting live event issues, multitasking, problem-solving, staying updated with industry practices, meeting objectives within budget and deadlines, building professional relationships, maintaining a professional demeanor, and exhibiting strong communication and teamwork skills.
