Shift : Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, every 3rd weekend and every other holiday Length : 13 weeks
Requirements:
~ OH License
~1 years of ICU and Intermediate experience (also get overflow MST patients)
~ Must be able to read and interpret tele
~ BLS
~ ACLS
~ Travel experience preferred

Other Details:
Ratios are 1:2 ICU, 1:3 Intermediate, 1:4 for Med Surg (first to float to other units)
COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
The traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles
Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility 
•Title: ICU/Intermediate/Tele RN•Shift: 3x12s (1), every 3rd weekend and every other holiday (first to float)
Minimum qualifications:•1 years of ICU and Intermediate experience (also get overflow MST patients)•Travel experience preferred•Must be able to read and interpret tele•Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications
Location Info:This is a mixed acuity unit with 20 beds that generally take ICU and Intermediate but when things are tight in house, we will take some med surg overflow patients. Ratios are 1:2 ICU, 1:3 Intermediate, 1:4 for Med Surg (first to float to other units)
