Overview

Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group with more than 500 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner to its busy Electrophysiology (EP) Program. Our clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation’s Mercy Medical Group locations throughout Sacramento.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient clinical care to established patients (w/ and w/o devices), diagnostics ordering and interpretation, patient education and follow-up, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues. This opportunity is full-time with no call requirement, no nights, and no weekends.

These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient.

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Mercy Medical Group is aligned with Dignity Health, operating on a medical foundation model. Responsibilities

Patient Care:

  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide clear and concise medical information.
  • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
