Your role is to support HR partners, managers, and employees by guiding them through the necessary steps, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while providing clarity and assistance. By supporting in key moments, you’ll help ensure employees feel valued and cared for.

Administer and manage basic leave types (FMLA, personal, military), helping employees navigate the process with clarity and ease
Track and review leave requests with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Keep up with changing federal, state, and local leave regulations to ensure basic compliance
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
 
Proficiency in HRIS and case management systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care and integrity
Occasional travel may be required
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer use
