*Assist with design and integration efforts of C5ISR systems & technologies across maritime platforms

* Participate in the coordination of technical and assessment activities internal and external to the Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) Program Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL), including program, engineering, and IS&T disciplines, SMEs, suppliers, and Birdon customers and other US Government agencies/regulations

* Develop specifications and design artifacts to achieve engineering and cybersecurity (CS) deliverables such as drawings, specifications, network architectures, system interfaces, and Network/Navigation system configurations

* Participate in development and implementation of improvement and recovery plans and ensure they are issued, tracked, and reported on

* Draft technical reports such as site surveys, test procedures, test reports, trade studies, and white papers

* Write and support executive level papers/briefs for submission


*Proven knowledge and proficiency of system engineering processes to execute a cradle-to-grave solution

* Educational or practical experience knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management, and NIST and NEI cybersecurity controls

* Effective at using data, logic, and instincts to identify opportunities, problems and execute solutions

* One or more IAT Level II Certifications (Security+, Network+, A+, GSEC, SSCP) or AV/VTC experience
