*Endeavor Health is seeking Sterile Processing Technicians to join our team at Skokie Hospital. Additionally, experienced and certified individuals are invited to apply for Lead Sterile Processing Technician positions.
*Basic tray assembly and decontamination.
* Acting as a resource to newer sterile processing technicians.
* Providing decontaminated, clean, and complete sterile equipment and supplies to user areas according to AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) standards.
*Graduation from a sterile processing technician program and at least 2 years of experience required for uncertified positions.
* CRCST certification from IAHCSMM or CSPDT certification from CBSPD and at least 2 years of experience working as a sterile processing technician required for certified positions.
*Qualifications for Lead Sterile Processing Technician Positions:*
* 3 years of sterile processing technician experience required.
* Experience with low-temp sterilization (Sterrad, VPRO, or low-temp sterilization).
* Experience as a Senior Sterile Processing Technician or Sterile Processing Technician II.
*Shifts Available:*
* Evening Shift (Open to uncertified/certified Sterile Processing Technicians or Lead SPT)
* Night Shift (open for Lead Sterile Processing Technicians)
