Requirements: 
~ LA License
~2 years' experience
~ Malignant Hematology/BMT experience or oncology experience
~ EPIC experience 
~ Will accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
~ ACLS, BLS, NIH
~ ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy course
~ CPI preferred

Other Details:
May float if BMT census drops
Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Bone Marrow Biopsy, Central Line Management, & Blood and Bone Marrow Transplants
MALIGNANT HEMATOLOGY/BMT EXPERIENCE OR ONCOLOGY EXP REQUIRED
Will accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
