Licensed Plumber

*LICENSED PLUMBER - JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER NEEDED*

Residential and Commercial Plumbing

Pay - $40/hour, plus OT pay, benefits from day one

*Job Description:*
* Installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
* Working alongside General Contractors, Electricians, and other construction subcontractors
* Reading blueprints and construction plans
* Respond to calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies
* Customer service
* Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
* Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required
* Preparation of bids, budgets, and cost estimates
* Keeping record of time spent per job, description of work performed, and materials used each day
* Testing systems to ensure proper function

*Requirements and Qualifications:*
* Must be proficient with all tools used in the plumbing trade
* Must have knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and practices
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings
* Familiarity and experience with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper piping, drain clearing, leak repair, pipe installation, water heater installs and repair
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multi task
* Basic math and measurement conversion
* Successful completion of drug screen and background check
* Valid Driver's License and clean MVR
* Ability to work any necessary OT
