Metro is looking for a motivated and passionate PER DIEM Physical Therapist to treat in Home Care. Job Type: Per Diem
New Graduates are encouraged to apply Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.
Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs which provide skilled therapy to patients to restore overall function and independence in the home setting.
Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
