A To Go Specialist is the point of contact for all late night to go orders: you are the face of the late night experience Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant

Communicate with guests on the status of their order as well as cash out any orders that need to be paid in store
Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
