We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Response Nurse to play a vital role in ensuring patient safety and responding to urgent clinical situations across the hospital. You will be a key resource for clinical teams, working closely with the Administrative Director and building strong relationships with providers. Shift: 12 hour night shift 7-7:30
Schedule: full time and part time flexible self-scheduling

- Assist with assessments, mentoring, and provide expert advice to clinical staff.
- Respond to MEWS and high-risk patient calls, providing real-time critical support.
- Round on high-risk patients and assist with sepsis screening and rapid response reassessments.
- Facilitate clinical debriefs and closed-loop communication for continuity of care.
