Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed PT, OT, or SLP.
  • 3+ Years of experience in pediatric therapy.
  • At least 2 years of management experience and successful patient care experience is required.
  • One year of home health experience is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with people to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in Microsoft Excel and other business software as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Participates in recruitment, hiring, and provides orientation/training support to Therapy Program Supervisors.
  • Manage coaching, counseling, and/or disciplinary actions with team members.
  • Educates therapy team members on best practices of quality standards, documentation protocols, Thrive’s principles of care, and clinical metrics.
  • Promotes clinical development, competency and expertise in team members to maximize quality patient outcomes.
  • Model best practices of quality standards for all therapy staff by documenting at the point of care, adhering to company performance metrics, and providing the highest quality clinical care to home health clients.
  • Oversees the quality of therapy services by performing routine chart audits, peer review, competency checks, and by providing ongoing feedback to team members.
  • Educates team on current regulatory standards and monitors location for compliance.
