Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field or equivalent educ/experience
~ National Certified in Infection Control - Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology within 1 year of hire
~1 year of Epidemiology Experience

Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Lab Sciences, Microbiology or related health science field or equivalent educ/experience
~2 years of Epidemiology Experience
