Asphalt Labor

Job Description: Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Asphalt Laborer for our client in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, enjoy working outdoors and have previous experience with demolition or site cleanup.  Asphalt Laborer Shift: M-F 6am-5pm (10 hour days during peak season) Asphalt Laborer Pay: $23-26/hr DOE  Asphalt Laborer Responsibilities: Prepare the site by removing debris and cleaning surfaces Spread, level and compact asphalt with shovels, rakes and tampers Load and unload materials Be trained on whackers, rollers and backhoes  Asphalt Laborer Qualifications: 18+ years Previous experience with asphalt preferred 2+ years experience with demolition or site clean up Familiarity with hand tools Willingness to work in inclement weather Complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check  Asphalt Laborer Benefits: Medical Dental Sick & Holiday pay 401 Years of Experience Required: At Least 1 Year Expected Travel Time: About 50%
