We are looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships to join the Strategic Partnerships team for the North American (NORAM) market. You will be responsible for growing our platform partnerships, including the Agency and Systems Integrator (SI) partner ecosystem and our Consulting network. Driving more revenue to the NORAM market through platform, agency partnerships, and a consulting network.
Being a critical member of the NORAM leadership team and leading the Partnerships function for the region by developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, managing partner programs, and creating playbooks to scale channel sales
com’s product offering and working closely with the Product Management team to improve our offering for partners
Balancing resourceful outreach with data-driven focus, tracking success through KPIs and working with the Commercial team to define a partner strategy
Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles at a technology, e-commerce, payments, or financial services company
Well-connected in the e-commerce or fintech space, preferably with a network of key Agency, SI partners, and Consultants.
Confident in relationship building and public speaking with high EQ and a sense of humility and humor
For regular full-time employees in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range is from : $200,000 to $240,000 + 33% bonus
