Full Time
Float pool is typically assigned to different clinics/settings to cover vacations, medical leaves, and therapist vacancies. They travel to all locations including Muskogee. 

*Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.
Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting. Ability to work in multiple settings (acute care, IP Rehab, outpatient PT, and home health). Accurately reflects time spent and procedures performed as well as equipment issued in patient charges. Teaches patient/family member proper use of equipment issued. Follows set guidelines for daily operations. Assists with PT volunteers and RPTA students as requested by (in-charge) therapist. Decision Making: Independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited and standard policies/protocols have been established.
Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff.
