Call is 1:7 plus 2 weekends per quarter. Epic EMR.
Surgical specialties including a busy orthopedics program, general & acute care surgery, urology, ENT, colorectal, GYN, cataracts, occasional dental, endoscopy/GI. Offsite coverage includes cath lab, MRI, and trauma response.
No cardiac, neurosurgery or transplant. No OB (covered by CRNA staff).
There is not any CRNA supervision requirements or residents.
John Medical Center (SJMC), a 346-bed hospital Level III Trauma Center, offers dozens of medical specialty services and programs including emergency, trauma, heart, behavioral health, bone and joint, cancer, birthing and womens services.
